How long does an order take to ship?
In-stock ties ship within 2–3 working days. Because each piece is hand-printed, occasionally a design is made to order — we'll always tell you before you pay.
Are the ties really printed by hand?
Yes. Every motif is carved into a wooden block and pressed onto the cloth by an artisan.
Can I request a custom motif or colour?
Seasonal colourways for individual orders; fully custom blocks via corporate gifting.
What is your returns policy?
Unworn ties can be returned within 14 days. Custom pieces are final sale.
